HOW TO USE

Wash menstrual cup, intimate skin parts and hands with everteen natural intimate wash and rinse thoroughly. Sit in a relaxed squatting position. Fold menstrual cup by punching down its circumference and insert this open side. Push the cup at about 45-degree angle towards your pubic bone. Then release to pop it open once inside. Spread along the interior walls with your fingers if needed. Continue to push until the cup is comfortably placed.

PRECAUTIONS

Always use everteen® Natural Intimate Wash to clean the exterior of your intimate areas before and after using everteen® Menstrual Cup. Never wash intimate areas with soap, shampoo or chemical based products to prevent infections or pH imbalance. If you are using a menstrual cup for the first time, it is highly recommended to also use everteen® daily panty liners as a backup till you get accustomed to inserting and removing the cup. Pantiliners will prevent your clothes from risk of spillage while removing the menstrual cup during the first few attempts.
