Carrot Seed Oil - The Secret to Healthy, Gorgeous Hair
Share
Every one of you will agree with me if I say, “Hair can make or break your look.” Good hair completes your overall appearance and gives you that confidence to conquer the world. But do you think it is easy to achieve what we call “good hair”?
What Does "Good Hair" Mean to You?
Everyone’s definition of good hair is different. For some, short, easily manageable hair is good, while others prefer long, luscious locks. But no matter what hair type or length you admire, one thing we all agree on is this—healthy hair is what truly matters.
They say, “Good hair doesn’t happen by chance; it happens by appointment or treatments” But I say, good hair happens with good hair care. I’m not a fan of fancy hair treatments. Those treatments work for some people. But trust me, A simple hair care routine is all you need to keep your hair healthy and strong.
My Simple Yet Effective Hair Care Routine
My hair care routine is very simple; I use a regular shampoo addressing my current hair problem, followed by a hair serum, and I massage my hair with a good hair oil once or twice; a week. I use hair masks too, but that happens occasionally.
Oil massages are a must to keep your hair in good shape. I have been blessed with good hair, but with pregnancy and lactation, my hair care took a back seat. The result was hair fall, dry and dull hair. As things settled down and my life was coming back on track, I knew it was time to give attention to myself, starting with my hair. I started oiling my hair again. Now, I make it a point to oil my hair at least once a week. Recently, I introduced NEUD Carrot Seed Hair Oil into my routine, and I must say, it has been a good addition!
Why Carrot Seed Oil? The Hidden Gem in Hair Care
I know you must be thinking, why Carrot Seed Oil when we have so many oils available for good hair? Surprisingly, carrot seed oil is a hidden gem in hair care. It has many benefits that people are not even aware of.
Here are some benefits of carrot seed hair oil:
- Boosts Hair Growth and Strength – Rich in vitamins A, E, and carotenoids, carrot seed oil nourishes the scalp and strengthens hair follicles for faster, healthier growth.
- Locks in Moisture for Silky Soft Hair – This oil deeply hydrates hair, leaving it soft, shiny, and effortlessly manageable.
- Shields Hair from Damage – Packed with antioxidants like carotenoids and tocopherol, it forms a protective barrier against UV rays, pollution, and free radicals.
- Soothes Scalp and Fights Dandruff – Helps relieve irritation, itching, and dryness while promoting overall scalp health and strengthening hair strands.

My Experience with NEUD Carrot Seed Hair Oil
Now coming back to NEUD Carrot Seed Oil. I’m quite attracted to the vibrant orange-colored packaging. It just amps up my mood. The aroma again is soothing. I’m not a fan of overpowering fragrance in my skincare or hair care products. The scent also doesn’t linger on for long post-application, which is good for me.
Texture and Application
The texture of the oil is not very heavy like olive oil but not that light like mineral oil. I like to apply NEUD Carrot Seed Oil at night before sleeping and leave it overnight. Whereas my husband uses it in the morning before leaving for work. It serves a dual purpose for him. Since it is a non-greasy hair oil, he can use it to set his hair and also protect his hair from sun damage and pollution. It is not a known fact, but carrot seed oil is a natural sunscreen for your hair. It helps protect hair from UV rays, pollution, and free radicals.
In a nutshell, NEUD Carrot Seed Oil is a better alternative to your regular hair oil, as it not only serves the purpose of a hair oil but also acts as a natural sun protector for your hair.
