Feminine hygiene products brand everteen, a PAN Health initiative, organized a menstrual hygiene awareness workshop for students at Vardaan International Academy in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday, 23 April 2024. More than 250 girls and boys as well as nearly 80 school staff members participated in the event. The sensitization drive at the CBSE affiliated school was part of project RUDHIR.

Themed on the slogan – Aao, Baat Karein (Let’s Talk), the event aimed to break the silence and foster an environment for open discussion on best menstrual hygiene methods. Educating the students, experts emphasized that menstruation is not a problem but a norm of life. It is important for both boys and girls to understand about proper menstrual hygiene to break the taboos.
