Refund policy

Wet and Dry Personal Care offers beauty, personal care and wellness products, which are all consumables. As such, we do not accept returns on any order placed on our website, except as required by applicable law or as described in the EU Customers section below. We encourage you to choose your product carefully before placing an order.

This ensures that you always get products that are new, unopened and unused. Further, we adhere to strict quality protocols to ensure that each product shipped to our customers is in top quality and delivers on our brand promise.

In case you ordered a product by mistake, you can request cancellation before the order is dispatched for delivery. Cancellation requests can be raised by emailing support@w-d.co.in with your order number.

We offer refund or exchange only in cases where a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product. In such cases, we require product photos and invoice details as proof to substantiate the claim. You can raise a request within two days of receiving the order and it will be processed in 2 to 5 working days after receiving the necessary proofs. All eligible refunds will be credited to the original source of payment within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Sealed Hygiene and Personal Care Products: As our products are personal care, hygiene, and wellness items, any sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons are exempted from the right of withdrawal, if the seal has been opened after delivery.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal: To withdraw from your purchase, contact us by email at support@w-d.co.in with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Please do this before opening or breaking the seal on any product. We will acknowledge your request and provide return instructions within 24 to 72 business hours. To safeguard your interest further, for any damaged or incorrect products, we provide full support within the return window after validating the claim, even if the product seal has been opened.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us. To ensure smooth processing, do not return any goods without first receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method.
