Step 1: Wash your hands, intimate skin and the menstrual cup thoroughly with everteen Menstrual Cup Cleanser or everteen Natural Intimate Wash. Rinse well.
Step 2: Sit in a relaxed squatting position.
Step 3: Fold the cup by punching down its circumference and insert with the open side facing up.
Step 4: Push the cup at approximately a 45-degree angle toward your pubic bone.
Step 5: Release the cup to allow it to pop open inside. Run a finger around the rim to ensure it has fully opened and formed a seal.
Step 6: Push gently until the cup sits comfortably in place.
To remove: relax, pinch the base of the cup to release the seal, and gently pull downward. Empty, rinse and reinsert.
First-time users: use everteen Daily Panty Liners as backup until you are comfortable with insertion and removal.

Always use everteen Natural Intimate Wash to clean the exterior of your intimate areas before and after using everteen Menstrual Cup. Never wash intimate areas with soap, shampoo or chemical based products to prevent infections or pH imbalance. If you are using a menstrual cup for the first time, it is highly recommended to also use everteen daily panty liners as a backup till you get accustomed to inserting and removing the cup. Pantiliners will prevent your clothes from risk of spillage while removing the menstrual cup during the first few attempts.
