Step 1: Open the pad and remove the adhesive tape backing.

Step 2: Place the pad in the centre of your underwear with the top layer facing up.

Step 3: Wrap the wings around the sides of your underwear and press firmly to secure.

Step 4: Change every 4 to 6 hours or sooner if needed. Do not wear for more than 6 hours at a stretch.

Step 5: Wrap the used pad and dispose responsibly. Do not flush.
