MODE D'EMPLOI

1. Wash your hands before handling the pad.
2. Unwrap the individually wrapped pad and peel off the adhesive backing.
3. Place the pad centrally in your underwear with the flaps folded around the sides.
4. Press firmly to secure in place.
5. Change every 4-6 hours or as needed depending on flow.
6. Dispose of used pads hygienically – do not flush.
