Jonk Tail is a certified Ayurvedic hair oil based on one of the oldest documented hair care traditions – leech therapy (Jalaukavacharana), referenced in ancient Ayurvedic, Roman and Egyptian texts. Its primary active, hirudin from Hirudo medicinalis (medicinal extract, 500mg per 10ml), is a scientifically studied enzyme that promotes micro-circulation of blood in the scalp – delivering oxygen and nutrients directly to hair follicles.
