Ghrit Kumari, or aloe vera, plant contains fatty acids and amino acids and is a rich source of Vitamins A, B12, C, and Vitamin E, which are vital for healthy shiny hair. Therapeutic in nature, aloe vera is also rich in folic acid, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, selenium, potassium, amino acids and fatty acids that are critical for wellbeing. Scientific studies show that aloe vera significantly decreases frizz, scalp inflammation, itchiness and patches and can help manage dandruff.
