Step 1: Tear open the individual sachet and unfold the pad.

Step 2: Peel off the release paper from the back of the pad.

Step 3: Stick the pad firmly onto the center of your panty with the longer end toward the back.

Step 4: Peel the release paper from the side flaps and wrap them firmly around both sides of the panty.

Step 5: After use, fold the pad inward, wrap in the individual sachet and dispose of responsibly in a dustbin. Do not flush.

Change every 6 to 8 hours or sooner on heavy flow days.
